Directions for use

Place 3 sprays (0.6ml) under the tongue to obtain a dosage of 60mg phytocannabinoids. Leave in the mouth (under the tongue) for 5-10 minutes for optimum absorption. This can be repeated up to the maximum recommended daily dosage of 70mg phytocannabinoids (3 sprays/0.6ml) per day.
